In attendance were: From Ward I, Councilors Emel Cambel and Sonya Spaulding; from Ward II, Councilor Amanda Gustin and Councilor Jeff Bergeron; and from Ward III, Councilors Samn Stockwell and Michael Deering. City staff members invited were City Manager Nicolas Storellicastro Real Estate; Findings for the need for executive session were moved by Councilor Cambel seconded by Councilor Gustin- approved Motion to move into executive session were moved by Councilor Spaulding, seconded by Councilor Gustin-approved Motion to exit executive session were moved by Councilor Deering, seconded by Councilor Stockwell- approved *******Council was in a brief recess. Mayor Lauzon joined the meeting. Findings to enter executive session for personnel moved by Councilor Spaulding, seconded by Councilor Gustin - approved Motion to enter executive session moved by Councilor Deering, seconded by Councilor Cambel Motion to exit executive session moved by Councilor Deering, seconded by Councilor Stockwell. Motion to adjourn meeting moved by Councilor Deering, seconded by Councilor Stockwell- approved Meeting adjourned at 6:50 pm Next regular meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 25th, 2025 at 6pm.
