Emily Towers • Discuss and take possible action to approve recommendation of Grants Committee Donna Keffer Annie Saltsman to award a grant in the amount of $2,500 to Bartlesville Roundup Club for the Annual Green Country Rodeo. Ex-Officio Members • Discuss and take possible action to elect board member Rick Loyd to his 1st Bob Fraser individual 3 year term, Rick filled Scott Amblers unexpired seat that is set to expire Maria Swindell Gus Sherri Wilt on June 30, 2020. • Discuss and take possible action to appoint a new board member to fill the expiring term of board member Spencer King effective June 30, 2020. • Discuss and take action to move into executive session pursuant to 25 O.S Sec. 307(B) (1) to discuss the employment, hiring, appointment, promotion, demotion, disciplining or resignation of Maria Swindell Gus. • Discuss and take possible action on the employment of Maria Swindell Gus to adjust compensation and/or terms of employment.
