Sec. 307 (C) (10) for the purpose of Ex-Officio conferring on matters pertaining to economic development, including the transfer of property, financing, Members or the creation of a proposal to entice a business to locate within their jurisdiction, and Dale Copeland Pursuant to 25 O.S. Sec. 307 (B) (1) for the purpose of discussing the employment, hiring, appointment, City Council promotion, demotion, disciplining or resignation of any individual salaried public officer or employee. Specifically, the payment of President’s second-half 2016 Performance-based compensation, and David Wood President Pursuant to 25 O.S. Sec. (B) (4) for the purpose of confidential communications between a public body and its attorney concerning a pending investigation, claim, or action of the public body, with the advice David King of its attorney, determines that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the public body to process Legal Counsel the claim or conduct a pending investigation, litigation, or proceeding in the public interest.
