Roll Call and Establishment of a Quorum. 3. Citizens to be heard. 4. Discuss and take action to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting Minutes of September 8, 2015. 5. Consideration and vote to award a contract between the Bartlesville Education Authority and Whaling Construction for asphalt paving and markings at the band area.
