Call to order the Business Meeting of the Bartlesville Municipal Authority by Chairman Gorman. 2. Roll call and establishment of a quorum. 3. The invocation will be provided by Mike Watkins, Deacon, St. Luke’s Episcopal Church. 4. Citizens to be heard. 5. Discuss and take action to approve the BMA minutes of Monday, May 2, 2016. 6. Discuss and take action with respect to a resolution of the Bartlesville Municipal Authority (the “Authority”) establishing the Authority’s reasonable expectation with respect to the issuance of tax-exempt obligations by said Authority in Calendar Year 2016; and designating the Series 2016 note as a qualified tax exempt obligation; and containing other provisions relating thereto. 7.
