AGREEMENT WITH JAMES AND LORA PIERCE FOR REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 801 SOUTH
DEWEY AVENUE IN WASHINGTON COUNTY OKLAHOMA; AND CONTAINING OTHER MATTERS
RELATED THERETO.
2. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING A RESOLUTION TO RETURN TO THE
APPLICABLE TAXING ENTITIES EXCESS TIF 2 COLLECTIONS, RECEIVED BY THE BRTA AFTER
FEBRUARY 28, 2025; AND CONTAINING OTHER MATTERS RELATED THERETO.
3. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING A RESOLUTION TO RETURN TO THE
APPLICABLE TAXING ENTITIES EXCESS TIF 2 COLLECTIONS, RECEIVED BY THE BRTA AFTER
DECEMBER 31, 2024; AND CONTAINING OTHER MATTERS RELATED THERETO.
4. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING A MOTION OR RESOLUTION REDEFINING
THE MEANING OF “STRUCTURAL” IN THE ENVIRONMENTAL REMEDIATION AND CODE
COMPLIANCE GRANT PROGRAM; AND CONTAINING OTHER MATTERS RELATED THERETO.
5. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING A MOTION OR RESOLUTION ADOPTING
AND APPROVING THE FY2026 BUDGET; AND CONTAINING OTHER MATTERS RELATED THERETO.

Open Meeting Act Compliance (25 O.S. Sec. 301 et seq.) All discussion items are subject to possible action by the BRTA. Official action can only
be taken on items that appear on the agenda. The BRTA may adopt, approve, ratify, deny, defer, recommend, amend, strike, or continue any
agenda item. When more information is needed to act on an item, the BRTA may refer the matter to staff, the BRTA Attorney, or back to a
committee. Under certain circumstances, items are deferred to a specific later date or stricken from the agenda entirely. Agenda items requiring
a public hearing as required by law will be so noted. The BRTA may, at its discretion, change the order of the business agenda items. The City of
Bartlesville encourages participation from all its citizens. If participation at any public meeting is not possible due to a disability, notification to
the City Clerk at least one working day prior to the scheduled meeting is encouraged to make the necessary accommodations. The City may waive
this rule if signing is not the necessary accommodation.
