ITEM NO. 3 – SZP-0523-0033 – A public hearing to consider and take action on an application from Brian and Sharon Hunt for a Special Zoning Permit for a mobile home on property zoned RS-5 (Single- Family Residential), located at 204 NW Adeline Ave., legally described as Lot 6 & 7, Block 1, Bartlesville Zinc, Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma. ITEM NO. 4 – SZP-0523-0034 – A public hearing to consider and take action on an application from Bartlesville Lighthouse for a Special Zoning Permit to allow a single-family residence on property zoned C-5 (General Commercial), located at 105 S. Bucy Ave., legally described as Lot 3, Block 1, Taylor’s Addition, Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma. ITEM NO. 5 – City Staff Members’ Comments. ITEM NO. 6 – Board of Adjustment Members’ Comments. ITEM NO. 7 – Citizens to Be Heard. ITEM NO. 8 – Recess in order to relocate into the 1st Floor Conference Room for the workshop portion of the meeting. ITEM NO. 9 – Reconvene and open the workshop. ITEM NO. 10 – Workshop. The Board of Adjustment may adopt, approve, ratify, deny, defer, recommend, amend, strike, or continue any agenda item. When more information is needed to act on an item, the Board of Adjustment may refer the matter to the City Manager, Staff or City Attorney, or back to a committee or other recommending body. Under certain circumstances, items are deferred to a specific later date or stricken from the agenda entirely. Agenda items requiring a public hearing as required by law will be so noted. The Board of Adjustment may at their discretion change the order of the business agenda items. City of Bartlesville encourages participation from all its citizens.
