Hensley Blvd, legally described Lot 6, Block 5 and including 30 feet of vacated street adjacent to the east in Joseph C. Keeler 2nd Addition, City of Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma. I TEM NO. 5 – SZP-0220-0003 – A public hearing to consider and take action on an application from Tom Hays of Hays Awnings LLC for a Special Zoning Permit to allow a carport beyond the front yard setback on property located at 303 NW Highland Dr., legally described the west 5’ of Lot 21 and all of Lot 22, Block 25, Oak Park Village S2, City of Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma.
