CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING A MOTION TO ACCEPT THE 2021 FISCAL YEAR AUDIT OF THE BARTLESVILLE REDEVELOPMENT TRUST AUTHORITY BY CHRISTIE LITTLEFIELD, CPA, OBER, LITTLEFIELD, CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS, PLLC. 3. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT FINANCING ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT WITH CLIFF’S FLOORING AND WINDOWS, AN OKLAHOMA CORPORATION, FOR REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 318 SOUTH DEWEY AVENUE IN WASHINGTON COUNTY, OKLAHOMA AND CONTAINING OTHER PROVISIONS RELATED THERETO. (TIF1) 4. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING A MOTION TO MAKE THE FINAL PAYMENT OF THE 2009A NOTE. 1 VI. DIRECTOR’S REPORT OF ACTIVITIES IN TIF 1 AND TIF 2 VII. Official action can only be taken on items which appear on the agenda. The BRTA may adopt, approve, ratify, deny, defer, recommend, amend, strike, or continue any agenda item. When more information is needed to act on an item, the BRTA may refer the matter to staff, the BRTA Attorney, or back to a committee. Under certain circumstances, items are deferred to a specific later date or stricken from the agenda entirely. Agenda items requiring a public hearing as required by law will be so noted. The BRTA may at their discretion change the order of the business agenda items. The City of Bartlesville encourages participation from all its citizens. If participation at any public meeting is not possible due to a disability, notification to the City Clerk at least one working day prior to the scheduled meeting is encouraged to make the necessary accommodations. The City may waive this rule if signing is not the necessary accommodation. 2
