SZP-0522-0024 – A public hearing to consider and take action on an application from Jonathan and Michelle Gregory for a Special Zoning Permit to allow an Extension of Non-Conforming Multi-Family Use on property located at 900 SE Shawnee Ave. (AKA: 609 SE 9th Street) at the southeast corner of Shawnee Avenue and 9th Street, legally described as Lot 12, Block 12, Guthrie Addition, Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma. The Board of Adjustment may adopt, approve, ratify, deny, defer, recommend, amend, strike, or continue any agenda item. When more information is needed to act on an item, the Board of Adjustment may refer the matter to the City Manager, Staff or City Attorney, or back to a committee or other recommending body. Under certain circumstances, items are deferred to a specific later date or stricken from the agenda entirely. Agenda items requiring a public hearing as required by law will be so noted. The Board of Adjustment may at their discretion change the order of the business agenda items. City of Bartlesville encourages participation from all its citizens.
