NOTICE OF AN EMERGENCY MEETING OF THE BARTLESVILLE CITY COUNCIL Monday, March 23, 2020 Immediately following the Special City Hall, Council Chambers Meeting of the City Council 401 S. Johnstone Avenue beginning at 7 p.m. Bartlesville, OK 74003 Mayor Dale Copeland 918-338-4282 AGENDA 1. Call to order the Emergency Meeting of the Bartlesville City Council by Mayor Copeland. 2. Roll Call and Establishment of a Quorum. 3. Citizens to be heard. 4. Proclamation Declaring a State of Emergency related to the COVID-19 Virus by Mayor Dale W. Copeland. 5. Discuss and take possible action to adopt an ordinance creating emergency measures related to the COVID-19 Pandemic; acknowledging the Mayor’s Proclamation of Emergency 2020-01; and declaring an emergency. Presented by Mayor Copeland. 6. Discuss and take action to vote on the emergency clause of the ordinance acted upon in Item 5 thereby authorizing the ordinance to become effective immediately. Presented by Mayor Copeland. 7. Adjournment.
