ITEM NO. 4 – CASE NO. PUD-0822-0023/24 – A public hearing to consider and take action on an application
from Jim Beach of Wallace Design Collective, on behalf of Delaware Tribe of Indians, for approval of an
Amendment to an Existing PUD and its Restrictions and Approval of a PUD Site Development Plan in a RS-
7/PUD (Single Family Residential-7 / Planned Unit Development) Zoning District, on an approximately 78 acre
+/- tract of land located north of Tuxedo Boulevard, west of Madison Boulevard, legally described as Lots 1
and 2, Block 1, and all of Block 2, Lenape Addition, Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma according to
the recorded plat thereof, AND, a part of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 26
North, Range 13 East of the Indian Meridian, Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma.
ITEM NO. 5 – CASE NO. RZ-0822-0007/PUD-0822-0021/22 – A public hearing to consider and take action on
an application from Jim Swezey of Swezey Realty Services to allow rezoning from C-2/PUD (Neighborhood
Shopping/Planned Unit Development) to C-5/PUD (General Commercial/Planned Unit Development), as well as
approval of a Planned Unit Development and Site Development Plan at 102 and 106 SW Kaw Ave., legally
described as Lots 23 and 24, Block 3, George B. Keeler 1st Addition, Bartlesville, Washington County,
Oklahoma.
ITEM NO. 6 – CASE NO. PUD-0822-0019/20 – A public hearing to consider and take action on an application
from Tanner Consulting, LLC, on behalf of D.R. Horton-Texas, Ltd., for approval of an Amendment to an
Existing PUD and its Restrictions and Approval of a PUD Site Development Plan for a lesser front setback at
property located at the corner of Bison Road and Nowata Road/US Highway 60, legally described Lots 1-12
inclusive, Block 1, Foxtail Villas of Bison Trails, Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma.
ITEM NO. 7 – CASE NO. PLAT-0822-0010 – Consideration of an Application from Tanner Consulting, LLC, on
behalf of D.R. Horton-Texas, Ltd., for an Amendment to the Plat of Lots 1 through 12, Block 1, Foxtail Villas of
Bison Trails Addition.
ITEM NO. 8 – CASE NO. PLAT-0822-0011 – Consideration of an Application from Tanner Consulting, LLC, on
behalf of D.R. Horton-Texas, Ltd., for an Amendment to the Plat of Lot 5, Block 3, Park Place Addition, also
known as 3117 SE Stonewall Drive.
ITEM NO. 9 – CASE NO. PLAT-0822-0012 – Consideration of an Application from Tanner Consulting, LLC, on
behalf of D.R. Horton-Texas, Ltd., for an Amendment to the Plat of Lot 27, Block 1, Park Place Addition, also
known as 3022 SE Talbot Circle.

ITEM NO. 12 – Recess in order to relocate into the 1st Floor Conference Room for the workshop portion of the
meeting.

Official action can only be taken on items which appear on the agenda. The City Planning Commission may adopt, approve, ratify, deny,
defer, recommend, amend, strike, or continue any agenda item. When more information is needed to act on an item, the City Planning
Commission may refer the matter to the City Manager, Staff or City Attorney, or back to a committee or other recommending body. Under
certain circumstances, items are deferred to a specific later date or stricken from the agenda entirely. Agenda items requiring a public
hearing as required by law will be so noted. The City Planning Commission may at their discretion change the order of the business agenda
items. City of Bartlesville encourages participation from all its citizens. If participation at any public meeting is not possible due to a disability,
notification to the City Clerk at least one working day prior to the scheduled meeting is encouraged to make the necessary accommodations.
