ITEM NO. 3 – Consider and take action on the minutes of the regular meeting of December 13, 2022.
ITEM NO. 4 – CASE NO. PUD – 0123-0027/28 – A public hearing to consider and take action on an
application from John Gorman of Gorman Construction Co. on behalf of FWR, LLC, for approval of an
Amendment to an Existing Planned Unit Development (PUD) and its Restrictions and Approval of a PUD Site
Development Plan in C-3/PUD (Major Shopping / Planned Unit Development), RM-3/PUD (Multifamily
Residential /PUD), RS-12 (Single-Family Residential), and RS-10 (Single-Family Residential) zoning districts, on
an approximately 25 acre +/- tract of land located south of Nowata Road, between Jefferson Road and Silver
Lake Road, legally described as the S/2 of the NE/4 of the NW/4, and a part of the E/2 of the N/2 of the NE/4
of the NW/4, and a part of the NW/4 of the NW/4 of the NE/4 of Section 20, Township 26 North, Range 13
East, Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma.
ITEM NO. 5 – CASE NO. PLAT – 0123-0016 – Consider and take action on an application from Mick Olson of
The Voice of the Martyrs, Inc., for Preliminary Plat Approval of Voice of the Martyrs Addition, a one-lot mixed
use development on a 68.68 acre +/- tract of land, located on the west side of Bison Road, approximately
one-quarter mile south of Nowata Road (U.S. Highway 60), legally described as a part of the NE/4 of Section
22, Township 26 North, Range 13 East, Washington County, Oklahoma.
ITEM NO. 6 – CASE NO. PUD – 0123-0025/26 – A public hearing to consider and take action on an
application from Lance A. Windel of Arcadian Housing, LP, for approval of an Amendment to an Existing PUD
and its Restrictions and Approval of a PUD Site Development Plan in a RS-7/PUD (Single-Family Residential-7
/Planned Unit Development) Zoning District, on an approximately 30 acre +/- tract of land located north of
Palmetto Drive, west of Virginia Avenue, legally described as Oak Wood Addition, Bartlesville, Washington
County, Oklahoma according to the recorded plat thereof.
