ITEM NO. 4 – CASE NO. PUD – 0223-0027/28 – A public hearing to consider and take action on an
application from John Gorman of Gorman Construction Co. on behalf of FWR, LLC, for approval of an
Amendment to an Existing Planned Unit Development (PUD) and its Restrictions and Approval of a PUD Site
Development Plan in C-3/PUD (Major Shopping / Planned Unit Development), RM-3/PUD (Multifamily
Residential /PUD), RS-12 (Single-Family Residential), and RS-10 (Single-Family Residential) zoning districts, on
an approximately 25 acre +/- tract of land located south of Nowata Road, between Jefferson Road and Silver
Lake Road, legally described as the S/2 of the NE/4 of the NW/4, and a part of the E/2 of the N/2 of the NE/4
of the NW/4, and a part of the NW/4 of the NW/4 of the NE/4 of Section 20, Township 26 North, Range 13
East, Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma.
ITEM NO. 5 – CASE NO. PLAT-0423-0018 - Consider and take action on an application from Washington
County, Oklahoma, for Preliminary Plat Approval of a 1-lot development to be known as Washington County
Emergency Management, on a 3.86 +/- acre tract of land located on the west side of Bison Road, between
Adams Boulevard and Nowata Road, about 0.4 miles south of Adams Boulevard, legally described as the north
350.4 feet of the south 650.4 feet of the west 480.0 of the east 530.0 feet of the SE/4 of the SE/4 of the NE/4
of Section 15, Township 26 North, Range 13 East, Washington County, Oklahoma.
ITEM NO. 6 – CASE NO. PUD-0323-0029/30 – A public hearing to consider and take action on an application
from Michael R. Thorn and Lee Ann Thorn and their trust, for approval of an Amendment to an Existing
Planned Unit Development (PUD) and Approval of a PUD Site Development Plan in an RS-7/PUD (Single-Family
Residential / Planned Unit Development) zoning district, to allow one (1) single-family detached residence on
an approximately 12.48 acre +/- tract of land, on the west side of Bison Rd, south of SE Adams Blvd, legally
described as a part of the NE/4 of the NE/4, of Section 15, Township 26 North, Range 13 East, Bartlesville,
Washington County, Oklahoma.
ITEM NO. 7 – CASE NO. CSP-0323-0006 – Consider and take action on an application from Dan Keleher of
Keleher Architects, on behalf of St. John Catholic School, for approval of a Comprehensive Sign Plan, for
property located at the southwest corner of Keeler Avenue and 8th Street and property located at 809, 813,
816 and 819 SW Keeler Avenue, legally described as Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 70, and Lots 5, 6, and 7, including
vacated alley adjacent to said lots, Block 69, Bartlesville Original Townsite, Washington County, Oklahoma.

hearing as required by law will be so noted. The City Planning Commission may at their discretion change the order of the business agenda
