Introductions 2. Review and discuss resolution authorizing Taskforce. 3. Review and discuss Downtown Landscaping Plan Prepared and Presented by Main Street Bartlesville, Inc. related to 2nd Street and Dewey. 4. Discuss revisions and possibly adopt updates to Main Street Plan including budget, scope maintenance, electrical components, irrigation and landscaping details of the 2nd Street and Dewey project. 5. Discuss and adopt a meetings calendar to produce the Taskforce report to the Council by April 17, 2017. 6. Discuss and assign duties to accomplish Taskforce goals. 7. Identify action items for next meeting and those responsible for each item. 8.
