NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING DOWNTOWN LANDSCAPE TASK FORCE April 4, 2017, 11:00 am Bartlesville City Hall, 1ST Floor Conference Room 401 S. Johnstone Ave., Bartlesville Oklahoma 1. Review and approve the minutes. 2. Report from Randy Weatherly and Micah Siemers and discussion regarding preliminary report and progress toward construction documents. 3. Discuss short term and long term solutions for maintenance of the 2nd Street and Dewey project. 4. Discuss and refine the recommendations in the Downtown Landscape plan presented by Main Street Bartlesville to the City Council on May 16th, found on pages 12-13 regarding geographic area, scope of work, timing and funding for each phase 5. Discuss and revise calendar to produce the Taskforce report to the Council by April 17, 2017. 6. Discuss and assign duties to accomplish Taskforce goals. 7. Identify action items for next meeting and those responsible for each item. 8. Comments from the public. 9.
