Committee will vote on proposal of retirement incentive package for employees eligible in July 2016 and present to Shellie McGill, Director of Human Resources, via letter received. 4. Committee will vote to propose the exchange of Veteran’s Day for already existing holiday and discuss which holiday to exchange. 5. Discuss email received regarding parking at Community Center for City of Bartlesville employees. 6. New Business – Discuss proposal regarding clothing allowance for all departments and getting logo for apparel from same place to receive same logo and discount city wide. 7.
