EAC Chair, Bo Schultz to address the EAC membership about allowing our current Vice Chair, Jason Harris, to become President while Mr. Schultz steps into the Vice Chair position for the remainder of the year. If approved, Mr. Harris will conduct the meeting. 3. Welcome special guests: City Manager Mike Bailey and HR Representative(s) Laura Sanders/Shellie McGill. Allow Mr. Bailey and Mrs. Sanders/McGill to take the floor for open discussion before the EAC meeting proceeds. 4. Discuss and take action on the August 8, 2018 EAC Meeting Minutes. 5. Review our September 2018 Employee Recognition Award potential candidates submitted by citizens and/or staff and make a decision on the awardee for this month. 6. EAC President to present an update on the EAC proposals that have been submitted for review. 7. Discuss the August 20 meeting with City Manager Mr. Bailey and HR Representatives Shellie McGill and Laura Sanders. 8. Discuss future 2018 EAC proposal objectives. 9. Member Comments. 10.
