ITEM NO. 3 – Consider and take action on a request to close Johnstone Park to traffic on June 22,
2019 from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for the 2019 Mud in the Ville 5K. Presented by Lisa Cary, Bartlesville
Regional United Way CEO, and John Cary, Event Chair.
ITEM NO. 4 – Report on management agreement with the YMCA for City Swimming Pools and Sport
Fields. Presented by Lisa Beeman, Community Development Director with YMCA Staff.
ITEM NO. 5 – Consider and take action as needed on the current Long-Range Park Projects list.
