ITEM NO. 3 – Consider and take action on a request to name the Sooner Park Band Shell in honor of Richard Johnson. Presented by Dan Droege on behalf of former and current Sunfest Board members. ITEM NO. 4 – Report from the Bartlesville Police Department on criminal activities along Pathfinder Parkway and within City parks over the past ten years.
