ITEM NO. 3 – Consider and take action on a proposal from Russell Vaclaw on behalf of the Washington County Soccer Association to provide overhead lighting to the eastern most practice soccer field at Lee Lake. ITEM NO. 4- Consider and take action to recommend to the City Council the park projects that should be included in the 2018 General Obligation Bond Election.
