The Regular Meeting Minutes of May 6, 2019. b. Approval and/or Ratification of Appointments and Reappointments to Authorities, Boards, Commissions and Committees. i. Appointment of Mr. Jack Alley to fill the unexpired term of Earl Sears on the Transportation Committee at the recommendation of Councilman Dorsey and Vice Mayor Gentges. ii. Appointment of Ms. Annah Fischer to a three-year term on the Community Center Trust Authority at the recommendation of Mayor Copeland. iii. Reappointment of Mr. Robert “Rob” Fries to a second term on the Bartlesville Library Board at the recommendation of Mayor Copeland. iv. Reappointment of Mr. Tom Mardis and Mr. Ron Schooley to a second term on the White Rose Cemetery Board at the recommendation of Mayor Copeland. c. Approval of Resolutions i. A resolution amending the budget of the City of Bartlesville, Oklahoma for Fiscal Year 2018-2019, appropriating unbudgeted fund balance for Sooner and Frontier Pool Funds. d. Approval of Agreements and Contracts i. An agreement to change the City of Bartlesville’s stop loss carrier from Tokio Marine to Stealth/Optum. e. Approval of Change Order i. Change Order #1 to the 16th St. Shawnee & Stonewall Concrete Paving Rehabilitation Project, Bid No. 2018-2019-030. Presented by Micah Siemers, P.E., Director of Engineering. 8. Discuss and take action on an application from Cottonwood Investments LLC for Final Plat Approval of a 24.45-acre subdivision to be known as Bison Trails Apartments Addition, a 5-lot multi-family residential and commercial subdivision located on the northwest corner of Bison Road and Nowata Road, legally described as part of the SE/4 of Section 15, T26N, R13E, Washington County, Oklahoma.
