Presentation regarding a proposed Tax Increment District for the Eastland Shopping Center Project. 5. Consider and take action with respect to a draft project plan for Increment District No. 11, Eastland Shopping Center Economic Development Project. 6. Consider and take action on a resolution recommending that the City of Bartlesville through its City Council create a tax increment district and approve the Eastland Shopping Center Economic Development Project Plan; and making certain findings in regards thereto. 7.
