D.3 Consideration, discussion and possible action regarding the Approval of the D.3 172 City Manager FIRST READING of an ORDINANCE of the City Council of the City of Talbot Bastrop, Texas AMENDING Article 12.04 of the City Code, entitled Schedules, related SCHOOL SPEED ZONES and devices to denote same; directing that signs be erected to reflect this change; establishing fines and penalties for violations of the code; enacting a 180 DAY MORATORIUM on ENFORCEMENT of PARKING TIME LIMITS in portions of the Central Business District, as encoded in Section 12.06.004 of Article 12.06, entitled “Restricted Parking Zones”; providing a severability clause; and providing an effective date.
