I appoint Jimmy Crouch to the Parks Board and Tree Advisory Committee, for the remaining unexpired term of Mark Gracy. If Council affirms this appointment, I ask that Council remove Mr. Crouch from the Construction Standards Board. If Council complies with Mayor' s request for the previous two items, Mayor Kessel us appoints Dianna Rose to move from Alternate 1 to the position currently held by Mr. Crouch on the Construction Standards Board.
