Pursuant to the Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, the City Council of Bastrop, Texas will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at 6:30 P.M., at Bastrop City Hall Council Chambers, 1311Chestnut Street, Bastrop, Texas, to consider the following matters: 1. Call To Order. 2. EXECUTIVE SESSION - The Bastrop City Council will meet in a closed/executive session pursuant to the Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Sections 551.074 (Personnel Matters) to discuss the following: A. Personnel Matters – Consideration of appointment of City Manager and consideration of employment agreement. 3. The Bastrop City Council will reconvene into Special Session to take any necessary action(s). 4. Consideration, discussion and possible action on position of City Manager, including an employment agreement. 5.
