Friday, June 22, 2018 & Saturday, June 23, 2018: • Discuss alignment of the community vision, policies, and policy makers when building cities including resilient city building, why scale matters, importance of fiscal sustainability, and outcome led policies. • Discuss potential opportunities and threats to building a resilient city and working toward fiscal sustainability. • Review, align, validate, and/or update Vision Statement, Mission Statement, and Focus Areas for building a resilient city and working toward fiscal sustainability. • Review accomplishments of FY 2018. Discuss future strategic items that achieve the outcome led policies for building a resilient city and working toward fiscal sustainability.
