City Council shall convene into closed executive session for a post-election Legal Briefing with the City Attorney regarding state law, the City of Bastrop's Home-Rule Charter, and the City of Bastrop Code of Ordinances as applied to council/manager form of government, including pre-budget preparation personnel matters, including legal issues regarding job descriptions, duties, and authority for staff positions filled and unfilled pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071. 3.
