Consideration and discussion of complaint filed by Mayor Connie Schroeder on March 25, 2022, determination as to whether the complaint shall be deemed actionable or baseless, and related procedural issues. 4. EXECUTIVE SESSION 4A. Ethics Commission shall convene into closed executive session pursuant to Texas Government Code: • Section 551.071, to seek the advice of legal counsel and for preliminary assessment regarding the formal ethics complaint received on March 25, 2022. • Section 551.074(a)(2), to consider a complaint or charge against a public officer (City Council Member Place 4) received on March 25, 2022. 5.
