Update on recent City Council actions regarding Planning Department items. Jennifer Bills updated the Commission on the direction from Council regarding making edits and updates to the B3 Technical Manual, as well as discussed details of current Planning and Developments operations. 4B. Individual Requests from Planning & Zoning Commissioners on particular items to be listed on future agendas ( no group discussion allowed). The Commission requested it be reflected on the record there is a desire to see the retention of the current Planning Staff because of the repository of knowledge the current team possess due to their longevity with the organization. 5.
