Anyone in attendance wishing to address the Board/Commission must complete a citizen comment form and give the completed form to the Board/Commission Secretary prior to the start of the Board/Commission meeting. Consider and act on the second reading of Ordinance No. 2025-54, amending Chapter 1, Article 1.10 Park Rules of the Bastrop Code of Ordinances, to reflect various updates to language, permit requirements and related processes, as attached in Exhibit A.
