Property owner, Thwang Sang, present. Don Wilkinson,
Building Inspector, noted the house lacks property maintenance
and has a cost estimate of repair of $44,523. Mr. Wilkinson
recommended it be affirmed as a Dangerous Building. Mr.
Sang stated they are also finished with the work and he needs
more time due to the weather. Mr. Wilkinson stated there were
other permits required. Mr. Sang stated he hoped to have it
done by the end of the year. Mr. Chubinski made a motion to
affirm it as a Dangerous Building, seconded by Mr. Harrison.
