the property has had some work done but the roof still needs to be repaired. Mr. Nowicki
recommended an extension until the weather breaks. Mr. Davidson stated he is waiting for a
loan to be approved to fix his roof. Mr. Goodman made a motion to grant until May 19, 2015,

be in his name so he can pull permits. Mr. Goodman made a motion to grant until May

Public Comments: Robert Ashley, 24 LaSalle, made comments about filing an appeal so quickly
and the letter is a bit vague. Mr. Ashley also noted the web site has problems. Ms. Silkworth
explained the website and the Property Survey process. Mr. McKinley commented on the property
survey process. Mr. McKinley also clarified the code officer working with the property owners. Mr.
Goodman and Mr. Chubinski discussed the tolling period. Mr. McKinley discussed the Board options.
