Approval of Minutes: Robert Whitfield made a motion to approve the minutes from the January 20,
2016, seconded by Ms. Werner. Approved

Code Compliance Officer: Elijah Martin
Property owner, Sharon Frey, present. Elijah Martin, Senior Code
Officer, stated the violations were noted on the exterior of the
property via a complaint. Ms. Frey stated she needs additional time
due to the weather and finances. Ms. Frey stated she does intend
to make the corrections. Mr. Martin stated Ms. Frey has made
previous corrections and the exterior violations are not visible from
the street in front of the house. Mr. Whitfield made a motion to
grant an extension to April 19, 2016, seconded by Ms. Werner.

Public Comments: 135 Magnolia - The property owner, Kimberly Cameron, stated she has a pre-
trial and would speak then per her attorney. Ms. Cameron thought her dad took care of stuff in 2010.
Mr. Wilkinson explained the safety process.
Board and Staff Members Comments: Mr. McKinley noted he was taking a new position and the
Chief Building Official; Ted Hanson would take over the Housing Board of Appeals.
