Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, stated the property was damaged by fire. Mr. Wilkinson noted the owner has submitted plans to make the necessary repairs. Ms. Werner made a motion to affirm as a Dangerous Building, seconded by Mr. Sims. Affirmed. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, stated the property has roof damage causing damage inside the property. Mr. Lindsley stated the roof did have damage and noted he has plans to lease the building. Mr. Lindsley stated they planned on putting a bar in there. Mr. Wilkinson stated the property meets the qualifications for a dangerous building. Mr. Sims made a motion to affirm the property as a dangerous building, seconded by Ms. Werner. Affirmed. Todd Nowicki, Senior Code Officer, stated the fence had violations and there have been no corrections. Mr. Nowicki recommended affirming the order as written. Mr. Sims made a motion to affirm the property as written, seconded by Ms. Werner. Affirmed. All Yes 2. 457 W Jackson Issue#EN16-11892 Code Compliance Officer: Yolanda Johnson Property owner, Michael Hightower for Suvernia Hightower, present. Yolanda Johnson, Code Officer, stated the violations were exterior and had not been corrected. Mr. Sims made a motion to grant an extension for the foliage until February 14, 2017, seconded by Ms. Werner. Extension granted. Tom Engels, Senior Code Officer, stated the violations were noted during a rental inspection and there have been no corrections. Mr. Engels recommended affirming the order as written. Mr. Sims made a motion to affirm the property as written, seconded by Ms. Werner. Affirmed. All Yes 4. 86 Green St Issue#EN16-03129 Code Compliance Officer: Tom Engels Property owner, Ramon Rangel, present. Tom Engels, Senior Code Officer, stated the violations were noted during a rental inspection and there have been no corrections. Mr. Rangel requested three months. Mr. Engels stated ninety days was too long. Mr. Sims made a motion to grant an extension to February 14, 2017, seconded by Ms. Werner. Extension granted.
