Roll Call: Carman Hamilton, Dangerous Building Hearing Officer 3. Staff Members Present: Richard Bolek, Chief Building Official; Don Wilkinson, Building Official; Angela Hubbard, Secretary 4. Additions/Deletions to the Agenda: Remove 93 Babcock Remove 14 Yuba Remove 63 Gardenia 5. Approval of Minutes: Mr. Hamilton approved the minutes from the April 13, 2022 meeting. Approved 6. New Business: a. 93 Babcock (House) Issue #EN21-05413 Fire Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner representative, Claudia Brown, present. Mr. Wilkinson spoke with Ms. Brown prior to start of meeting. Property removed from agenda. b. 14 Yuba (House) Issue #EN21-06297 Fire Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, Michael Moore, present. Mr. Wilkinson spoke with Mr. Moore prior to start of meeting. Property removed from agenda. c. 63 Gardenia (House) Issue #EN22-00045 Fire Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, James McKnight, present. Mr. Wilkinson spoke with Mr. McKnight prior to start of meeting. Property removed from agenda. Dangerous Buildings Hearing April 13, 2022 Page 2 of 2 d. 178 Oneita (House) Issue #EN14-23012 Fire Fire Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Official, stated the property was heavily damaged by fire and that the property was gutted. The property has gone through several owners since, and none have applied for permits or made any contact with the building department. Mr. Wilkinson stated that in its current condition, he recommended affirming it as a Dangerous Building. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty days to bring it into compliance. Affirmed 7. Public Comments: none 8. Board and Staff Members Comments: none 9.
