Mark Thomas, for a certificate of appropriateness for the replacement and repair of windows for property located at 28 Woodmer LN. Parcel# 5390-00-029-0. B.) Election of Officers 2022 C.) Approval of Historic District Annual Meetings for Year 2022 PUBLIC HEARINGS/DELIBERATIONS Vice Mayor Katee Faris asked to open the public hearing and asked if the petitioner for item A (#H-01-22) on the agenda was present. Petitioner was not present or required to attend this special meeting, which was rescheduled from February 14, 2022 to February 22, 2022, due to no quorum. 1  A) CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS H-01-22: Petition from Mark Thomas, requesting a certificate of appropriateness for the replacement and repair of 14 windows for property located at 28 Woodmer LN. Parcel# 5390-00-029-0. Staff Presentation: Presentation given by Travis Sullivan, Planner stated staff recommends approval of #H-01-22 as outlined in the staff report with the recommendation that the condition the request meets the standards outlined in Chapter 1470.09 “Review of Applications” and Chapter 1470.17 “Preservation of Historic Features” and the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards and Guidelines as outlined in the staff report. Applicant Presentation: Not in attendance. Public Comment: None HDC Discussion: None MOTION WAS MADE: BY COMMISSIONER DROZDOWSKI AND SUPPORTED BY COMMISSIONER REID TO APPROVE #H-01-22 WITH THE CONDITIONS OULINED IN THE STAFF REPORT (CONDITIONS: 1-3). ROLL VOTE TAKEN: ALL IN FAVOR (4-0), NONE OPPOSED, MOTION APPROVED B) ELECTION OF OFFICERS 2022 AGREED TO DELAY VOTE, TO ALLOW ALL COMMISSIONERS TO BE PRESENT. C) APPROVAL OF HISTORIC DISTRICT ANNUAL MEETINGS FOR YEAR 2022 VICE CHAIR FARIS ASKED AND RECEIVED WITH NO OBJECTION, HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION ACCEPTED WITH NO OBJECTION.
