DROZDOWSKI TO APPROVE THE MINUTES FOR JUNE 13, 2022 AND THE MINUTES FOR SEPTEMBER 12, 2022 AS PRESENTED BY STAFF, SECONDED BY COMM. SIMPSON. A vote was taken and all those in favor to say “aye”: ALL IN FAVOR, MOTION APPROVED. CORRESPONDENCE: None. OLD BUSINESS: None. PUBLIC HEARINGS/DELIBERATIONS: A. H-15-22: (165 ANN AVE) Keith McDonald, located at 165 Ann Avenue, petition for a certificate of appropriateness to replace the 4’ chain link fence in the front yard and side yard and proposed 6ft privacy fence on the side property lines in accordance with the zoning ordinance SECTION 1260.02 Fences. Parcel #3550-00-090-0 Staff presentation: Susan Cronander, Planning Administrator, gave the staff report on behalf of Travis Sullivan the Planner. 1 Applicant Presentation: Applicant Keith McDonald of 165 Ann Avenue offered his support for any questions the board or City staff may have. The applicant also stated when asked, that he might consider asking the contractor about doing black fencing for aesthetics purposes. Comments from commission members: None. MOTION MADE BY COMM. DROZDOWSKI TO APPROVE THE CONTRUCTION OF A 4 FOOT CHAINLINK FENCE IN THE FRONT AND SIDE YARD AND 6 FOOT FENCE IN THE REAR YARD FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 165 ANN AVE WITH THE CONDITIONS LISTED BY STAFF, SECONDED BY COMM.
