ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS TO AGENDA: None. PUBLIC COMMENTS: None. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Approval of February 13, 2023 minutes. MOTION MADE BY COMM. SIMPSON TO APPROVE THE MINUTES FOR FEBRUARY 13, 2023 MEETING, SECONDED BY COMM. THORNTON. A vote was taken and all those in favor to say “aye”: ALL IN FAVOR, MOTION APPROVED. CORRESPONDENCE: None. OLD BUSINESS: A. H02-23: (10 N Division St) The petition, filed by Katie Horton on behalf of the City of Battle Creek, is for a Certificate of Appropriateness for the installation of a new ADA ramp at the south (main) entrance of City Hall. Action on this item was postponed from the February 13, 2023 meeting. Application Presentation: Travis Sullivan gave a brief overview of the new site plans for 10 N Division Street. Explained to Board members that they are being presented with four site plans for an ADA ramp at the south entrance and will be voting on each of those site plans separately. Applicant Presentation: Katie Norton and Gregg Jones of C2AE was available to answer questions. 1  Comments from commission members: Board members spoke to their acceptance of a need for an ADA compliant ramp and their concern/dislike with changing the public entrance to the south entrance. Public Comment: None. MOTION MADE BY COMM. SIMPSON TO APPROVE A CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIAATENES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN ADA RAMP FOR 10 N DIVISION STREET. SECOND BY COMMISSIONER DAVIS.
