Division St. Battle Creek, MI 49014 Tuesday, May 20, 2008 10:00 a.m. Present: Joyce Garrett and Barbara Parsons Absent: Mike Troutman, Dan Determann, and Debra Lynn Gray Others: Dee Laser and Danny Burton Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 10:05 A.M. Ms. Garrett asked the Clerk if a quorum was present. Clerk Laser noted that Dan Determann intended to be present for the meeting; however, a family emergency had risen and he could not attend. Ms. Garrett informed Mr. Burton that the Clerk would be scheduling a new hearing date and that Mr. Burton would be notified. Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 10:07 A.M. 1
