WESTALKE/PRAIRIEVIEW NEIGHBORHOOD PLANNING COUNCIL #10 Meeting Minutes May 19, 2014 The meeting was held at First Assembly of God Church Call to Order & Welcome Chair, Jeff Koteles called the meeting to order at 7:03 pm Attendance: Members: Chairman: Jeff Koteles, Vice Chair: David Weaver, Secretary: Linda Patenaude, Kevin Kline, Tom Rose, Karol Henegar, Commissioner Jeff Domenico, Guests: David Moore, Laura Otte Only 6 members were present at the beginning of the meeting, so no official business was conducted and the special presentation was put on by Laura Otte. She led the group in a discussion about desired qualities for a city manager. A seventh member did come in shortly after the meeting was turned over to the special presentation but no official business was conducted.
