Approval of the Minutes: Motion by Tim Conlogue 2nd Phyllis K. Hopkins to Accept December 14, 2017 minutes. Motion carried. Election of Officers: Chair: Joel E. Fulton - V Chair: Tim Conlogue – Secretary: Cynde Foster Motion by Joel E. Fulton - 2nd Tim Conlogue to accept officers as presented. Motion Carried Correspondence and Announcements: None City Reports: Police Department reports handed out, thefts from local car dealerships mentioned. Citizens Police Academy (March 7-May 16) discussed. Interest in starting Neighborhood Watch will be done in spring. Code: Code Reports handed out. There will be a “new member” training Meeting on February 26th at the Department of Public Works; time to be Given later. Columbia Ave. Businesses: None Membership (new additions/deletions): None Schools: BCPS Athletic Director Michael Van Hoven gave an overview of Agreement reached with the State, students leaving and returning to District.
