Approval of the Minutes: Motion by Jerry Dill 2 nd Trudy Hall to approve the
April 11, 2019 Minutes. Carried
City Staff Reports:
Police Department: Officer Herbstreith gave us the report verbally. Some
Problem areas were given to him. Progress of the cleanup of the fence line
Of the old Kmart Property was discussed.
Code Report: Richard Bolek handed out the Code Reports. Questions asked

Business Report: None
Place Making Committee: None
Old Business to be finalized: the Lighting project of the Byrne Grant is in progress.
The lights on the streets of Fountain, Meachum, Rittenhouse, Capital Ave. SW have
Been turned into Carl Fetters at City DPW. He will turn them into Consumers Energy
To get the costs for putting LED Bulbs on these. The Clean Up Project still needs to
Be set up.
New Business: None
New Business for Future Meetings: Motion by Tim Marske 2nd Gloria Mansfield that
The July 11, 2019 Meeting be canceled. CARRIED
Speaker: Eric Campbell, City Engineer Handed out maps of Streets being done
In our NPC. In July road work on Columbia Ave to do water main work reducing 4
Lanes down to 2.
Public/Guest Comments: Jeff Cotton, Engagement Manager for On The Ground BC,
Told us of this Project funded by Businesses around our City to tell stories and
Articles of people and projects in our area to bring awareness to all residents.
This group can be found on Face Book. He said there will be Open Houses for the
Residents to attend.
