Code: Todd distributed handout of code officers activity and addressed Chuck's code issues. BCPD: Brice explained points in the handout of crime stats for the month. Drop in crime issues follows the drop in temp. Call for service in npc # 2 city wide. September minutes approved. BCPS: Brandon is encouraged so far at Fremont's development. Student pick up especially on Friday afternoon needs tweaking. Noah addressed Mark's issues concerning the high school's reputation. Detailed the goals and development of their pathway to learning strategy. Deondra talked about the after school programs. Interested in exposing middle and high school students to business possibly through day trips. Wait list due to lack of staffing. Commission: Kate said commission approved the voting on the ungendered language in city charter. Direct election of mayor failed. Commented on Sept 30 town hall. Speed study redone on Maple Grove. Rewrite of zoning ordinances in progress. Had information session with lawyer on police and fire pension. Roundabout at hospital still unresolved.
