R-8 Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into an agreement with SIMS MUNICIPAL RECYCLING, Jersey City, NJ for the receipt of the City’s Recycling Comingled which includes glass, metal cans and plastics, for the period one year commencing January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024 pursuant to the Non- fair and Open Process. R-9 Amending Resolution 23-01-18-061 that authorized an agreement with CLARKE, CATON HINTZ, PC, 100 Barrack Street, Trenton, NJ 08608 for professional planning services as Town Planning Consultant for the period commencing January 1, 2023 and ending December 31, 2023 for an amount not to exceed $700,000 payable from various developers’ (not to exceed $550,000) and redevelopers’ (not to exceed $150,000) escrow accounts for Town Planning Consultant services in connection with developers and redevelopers and also to include professional planning services as Town Planning Consultant on behalf of the City for an additional amount not to exceed $45,000 and amending Agreement No. CY23-060 with Clarke, Caton Hintz to reflect same.
