CR-20 Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into a contract with PATCH MANAGEMENT, INC., 451 Tyburn Road, Fairless Hills, PA 19030 through State Contract T2817 to provide pothole repair services for a total amount not to exceed $35,000.00 CR-21 Ratifying and affirming the actions of the City’s CDBG Administrator, in authorizing Axon Engineering Services, 324 Semel Avenue, Garfield, NJ 07026 to perform the preparation of design documents in connection with the design of a boiler replacement system to replace three (3) existing heating/AC units servicing the Bayonne Family Community Center Facility (the “BFCC”); and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an amendment to agreement CY23-085 with the BFCC to provide CDBG funds in the amount of $47,400.00 making the total contract amount $55,000 for said Work; and authorizing the Municipal Treasurer to issue a check in the amount of $23,000.00 representing payment for invoice no. 1087. CR-22 Approving Emergency Temporary Appropriation #2 for CY 2024 Budget CR-23 Appropriation Reserve Transfer for CY 2023 CR-24 Authorization to solicit proposals for construction of portions of the Hudson River Waterfront Walkway (HRWW) on the former MOTBY property in satisfaction of the City’s obligations under the NJDEP’s Master Waterfront Development Permit for redevelopment of the Peninsula. CR-25 Authorizing the Director of Public Works to scrapped one (1) 15 CY TD Container which is no longer serviceable. CR-26 Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into an agreement with IN-LINE CONDITIONING CO. INC., 85 East 21st Street, Bayonne, NJ for HVAC services for the period commencing March 18, 2024 through December 31, 2024 for an amount not to exceed $125,000.00 CR-27 Authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute a Recognition Agreement in connection with the property located at 25 East 22nd Street, Block 206, Lot 1.01 to allow for lender financing from Provident Bank to 22nd Street Partners Urban Renewal LLC END OF CONSENT AGENDA R-1 Approving an adjustment to the utility rate stabilization threshold in order to pay for a FINANCIAL CAPABILITY ANALYSIS with respect to the mandated long-term Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) control plan as well as a rate and connection fee study. ADD-3 Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Second Amendment to Agreement No. CY23-033 with Steven R. Hummell., Esq., 530 Freeman Street, Lyndhurst, NJ 07071 for professional legal services as Municipal Court Prosecutor for the period commencing January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023 increasing same in the amount of $6,600.00, thereby making the total contract amount not to exceed $41,200.00. ADD-4 Authorizing the Purchasing Agent to execute any and all documents and take any and all actions necessary to effectuate the purchase of parts and supplies for use in various City vehicles for calendar year 2024 from STEVENS JERSEY CITY FORD at a total cost not to exceed $40,000.00. Chargeable to Account #4-01-26-315- 0000-030. ADD-5 Authorizing the City’s continued membership in the Regional Health Commission of Hudson County for the Calendar Year 2024 for a total annual assessment of $25,944.00 and authorizing the Municipal Treasurer to issue warrants quarterly in the amounts of $6,486.00 payable to Hudson Regional Health Commission representing quarterly payments for said annual assessment. ADD-6 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BAYONNE VACATING THOSE LANDS AND PREMISES KNOWN AS A PORTION OF MEMORIAL DRIVE NORTH, VETERANS MEMORIAL HIGHWAY AND HARBOR PLACE MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT A ATTACHED HERETO PURSUANT TO AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH N.J.S.A. 40:67-1, ET SEQ and a resolution fixing Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. and the Dorothy E.
