CR-14 Authorizing the submission of a strategic plan for the BAYONNE MUNICIPAL
ALLIANCE grant year July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018 to prevent alcoholism and
drug abuse, and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to sign Form 1B in

CR-15 Ratifying and confirming the actions of the Law Director in charging KHINDER
AND BLANCHE JIJI a fee of $250.00 annually for allowing them to maintain a
fire escape pursuant to Resolution No. 16-12-14-087, consistent with the city’s

CR-16 Authorizing an amendment to the city’s agreement with RUDERMAN, HORN &
ESMERDO, P.C., Springfield, NJ to act as hearing officer in an ongoing employee
disciplinary matter, to increase the contract in an amount not to exceed

R-2 Authorizing an agreement with MOTOROLA SOLUTIONS, Schaumberg, IL, under
state contract #83909 for renewal of the annual maintenance contract for the
citywide communications system infrastructure for a one year term commencing

R-3 Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into an agreement for the receipt
and marketing of recyclable materials for an 11 month period commencing

R-4 Authorizing an Interlocal Services Agreement with the BAYONNE BOARD OF
EDUCATION for insurance broker services for a one year period commencing

R-5 Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into a Right-of-Way Agreement
with OPTICAL COMMUNICATIONS GROUP, Glendale, NY, for the purposes of
owning, constructing, operating, and maintaining a telecommunications system
in underground conduit in the city’s right of way with Mayor Dennis P. Collings
Park, proximate to the intersection of First Street and Broadway and continuing
westerly on West 1st Street to its terminus. Subject to Green Acres approval and

DESIGN GROUP, to provide for the cost of architectural plans to address a new
