CORP. in a form acceptable to the Law Department to install one (1)
groundwater monitoring well in the sidewalk on West 15th Street in connection
with performing remedial investigation activities at the former Getty Service
Station located at 354 Avenue C under certain conditions formerly granted to
Tryee Corp. pursuant to Resolution No. 15-08-19-069. Law
CR-12 Ratifying and confirming the actions of the Mayor in executing a NEW JERSEY
DEPARTMENT OF ENVIROMENTAL PROTECTION WATERFRONT
DEVELOPMENT PERMIT in connection with site investigation and remediation
activities being performed at Dennis P. Collins Park and authorizing the Mayor
to execute a Deed Notice and Memorandum of Understanding in a form
