the property located between Avenue a and JFK Boulevard, which is identified as

accordance with the TEXACO REDEVELOPMENT PLAN and the property located
at 796-798 Avenue E which is identified as Block 393, Lots 19 and 20 as shown
on the official tax map of the city in accordance with the amended and restated
scattered site redevelopment plan.
R-9 Authorizing the execution of an amended redevelopment agreement between
McDONALD’S CORPORATION and the CITY OF BAYONNE for the redevelopment

with the redevelopment plan.
