Emergency Management Performance Grant-EMPG/Emergency Agency
Assistance EMAA sub grant award for the period covering July 1, 2029 to June
30, 2020.
CR-11 Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into an agreement with Hudson
Milestones, Jersey City, NJ for providing the cost of renovations at the 333
Broadway location, work to be completed by AIA Restoration Group, LLC,
Hawthorne, NJ in the amount of $147,975.00 for the period commencing

increase total amount from $42,000.00 to an amount not to exceed $52,000.00,
to include the cost of services for pre-employment and pre-placement physicals for
anticipated new hires for the Police and Fire Departments. (Mun. Services)
CR-17 Declining the City’s option and/or right of first refusal to purchase vacant land
located at 440 Avenue C, designated as Block 329, Lot 1, presently lease by the
City for use as a playground; and consenting to the Assignment of the Lease

to the successor owner; and authorizing the City to execute any and all documents

R-2 Authorizing the execution of a redevelopment agreement with EOM 90 AVENUE E

R-3 Authorizing the execution of a redevelopment agreement with RAM

R-6 Authorizing the execution of a redevelopment agreement with PARKVIEW REALTY
URBAN RENEWAL for the property located at 101 East 23rd Street, which is

R-7 Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into agreement with INGLESINO,

services as Redevelopment/Land Use Attorney for the period commencing January
1, 2020 and ending December 31, 2020 in amount not to exceed $60,000.00.
